What operating system does your computer use?

What O.S version is your ipod running?

And what ipod is it?


if your using an ipod classic switch back to the previous version and just wait until mac releases a fix

I have an Ipod nano. It connects fine....The itunes store just doesn't load. The porgress bar goes half way and then stops with a blank screen. Other than that everything else work. No store, no new tunes.

haha porn?....save what you need and run a complete system restore...not just a recovery, the whole restore...takes it back to factory...That one guy on here said he was a pc tech..He can prolly shoot you some pointers...along with webmaster and I, we should be able to have you back up and running...If worse comes to worse one of us can remote desktop your PC and help you out

Not pron unless Courtney's been going behind my back. :) ha ha. well when it comes to computers i'm a retard so if you can remote in that would be awesome. I was going to save what i needed and do the reinstall of windows and start over but we can't find our windows disc.

Yep... I have a 24 hour turnaround time... given you drop off and pick up.... Sorry my $25 delivery fee doesn't apply for Iowa. ;)

But a fresh start sounds like a good way to "for sure" fix the problem.
